When do I pay?
Our booking system lets you choose between the refundable rate with payment at check-in and free cancellation, or the best-value non-refundable rate with payment at the time of booking.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 12 pm to 3 pm and check-out is from 7 am to 9:30 am. You will receive the keys to the apartment onsite.
Tourist tax
€1.00 per person per day, except children up to 11, disabled people, carers, coach drivers and tour leaders.
Distances
Residence Casa Maya is located about 800 metres from the lake, the beach and the centre of Brenzone. Malcesine is around 8 km away.
The apartments
The residence has 7 units. 3 two-room and 4 three-room apartments. Both the two-room and three-room apartments can accommodate up to 4 adults + 1 infant in a cot, except for 1 three-room apartment that can accommodate up to 7 adults.
